Founder and Director of Riley Advisory, Miquela Riley, is a Navy Veteran, Program Leader, Keynote Speaker and Facilitator who has worked across a range of sectors and industries - building resilience and delivering complex programs. 

With 13 years of experience in the Royal Australian Navy, Miquela circumnavigated the globe, contributed to peacekeeping operations in the Middle East, and led teams in high-stakes border protection missions. 

She has successfully translated her military skills into strategic leadership roles across construction, management consulting, politics, and mining - bringing leadership, service, and resilience together to build high-performing teams that deliver impact.
